There is no customer service line to call to reach someone and they do not respond in a timely manner when you file a service claim. I would strongly advise against working with LGI Homes as their warranty seems good, but they do not have employees willing to fix a true workmanship error. The tiles started cracking in the dining room and kitchen. Water was leaking out of the hallway light fixture. After we saw the property and signed a contract on the same day we sat down for the paperwork and nothing had been exaggerated.
